Local Real Estate Experience
Katie and her husband Rob have 9 children and 18 grand children. Rob, her husband, is a Retired conductor at BNSF Railroad here in Newton. The name Walton is engrained here in Newton as being a local Railroad family and as business people in the local community who have been making this community great for 5 generations.
Having had her license since 2013 and being a Master Circle agent with 12 Million in sales in 2024, Katie has had the privilege of helping over 389 families find their forever home in the past 12 years and the experience that she brings to the negotiating table is second to none. Voted as the number one buyers agent multiple times in her last Real Estate company has gained her the experience typically found in elite producers.
She has been an active member of the Newton Chamber of Commerce, served on a local bank advisory board, and is a past member of the Kiwanis Club and various Businesswomens Clubs. She also serves on the Newton Community project for Realtors Assoc committee, helping supply local children in the surrounding communities with essential winter wear.
